• Phone Number: Used for permit contact registration.
• Email Address: Used to identify your applicant profile and send your report.
• Applicant Role: Owner-Builder, Tenant, or Agent — required for LADBS permit classification.
• Property Address: Used to run the zoning feasibility analysis.

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Generating ADU zoning feasibility reports and LADBS permit draft applications.
• Storing your applicant profile so you can regenerate reports without re-entering information.
• Delivering your downloadable PDF report.

All personal information is stored in a secure, encrypted private database under direct administrator control. Access is restricted to authorized system processes only. No user data is stored in external cloud services or third-party analytics platforms.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), environment-variable-protected credentials, and containerized infrastructure.

We retain your applicant profile data for as long as necessary to provide the service. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Upon verified request, we will permanently delete your profile within 30 days.
