1Nature of Service

ADU PRO provides automated feasibility analysis based on publicly available parcel data and California Housing Crisis Act of 2022 (SB 897 / AB 2221) — HCD 2026 mandates.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: ADU PRO is NOT a certified engineering, architectural, or legal service. Reports generated by this platform are preliminary planning documents only and do not constitute professional advice.

2Limitation of Liability

All reports generated are “Draft Documents” for initial planning purposes only. Users must verify all data, buildable area calculations, and regulatory compliance with licensed architects, structural engineers, and the applicable local permitting office (LADBS / Compton Building & Safety, or equivalent jurisdiction) before commencing any construction activity.

ADU PRO, its officers, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, construction defects, permit rejections, or financial losses arising from reliance on platform-generated reports.

3Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, user interface designs, and analytical logic — including the ADU PRO Dashboard (v0.1.3 Stable) and its underlying feasibility engine — are the exclusive intellectual property of Santiago Madrid. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or commercial use of any component is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4Refund Policy

All sales of $49.00 USD per report are final and non-refundable. This policy applies because the product is a digitally generated, immediately downloadable report. Once a report has been generated and delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If you experience a technical failure that prevented report delivery, contact support within 48 hours of purchase and we will regenerate your report at no additional cost.

5Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
